We wanted to bring the wonderful world of the gig poster culture to the Amerikazentrum.

The exhibition, curated by the American Poster Institute, focused on the intercultural exchange between the US-American and the German-European gig poster scene.

There were two posters on display for each band/musician presented - one from the US and one from a German-speaking country. No further information was given, so attendees had to figure out the origin of the poster by themselves. This led to a lively exchange between visitors.
