Fish rolls are so popular on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein that they have been given a day of honor there. Always at the beginning of May, this day is all about the maritime delicacy. For "World Fish Roll Day" 2023, the German-Mexican artist Aspir has skillfully staged bright colors with fine details and maritime flair according to the motto "Fish/Sea/Sun". These charming works of art have been very well received by residents and tourists in Hohwacht on the Baltic Sea.
